Fran Jagla To Speak at LES 2024 Annual Meeting
Attorney Fran Jagla will participate in the panel discussion, “Creating a Global Pharmaceutical Trademark,” at the 2024 Licensing Executives Society (LES) Annual Meeting on October 22, 2024. Fran will be joined by Scott Larsen, Vice President of IP at Incyte Corporation, and Daniel Plaisance, Managing Director of Brandsymbol. The panelists will discuss the challenges involved in branding pharmaceutical products due to the unique regulatory requirements and will share best practices for efficient and effective pharmaceutical name selection.
