Session four of COJK's four-part workshop, "Protecting Your Intellectual Property," discusses protecting your trade secrets and intellectual property (IP) rights through agreements. Knowing how to protect your trade secrets and IP rights with the people you work with in the course of daily business is vital to the success of any company. This session will discuss the need for protection, and identify the areas where protection through agreements with employees, contractors and third parties is necessary. COJK attorney Brandon Stallman will present.
