COJK patent attorney David Sheldon presented “Appeals at the U.S. Patent Office,” at the 2015 Patent and Intellectual Property Law Summer Institute conducted by The Center for Advanced Study & Research on Intellectual Property (CASRIP) at the University of Washington School of Law. The presentation provided an overview of patent appeals, including pre-filing considerations and important elements of the appeal process. The Summer Institute took place on July 16 - 31, 2015.
