COJK Sponsors IP Strategy Summit
COJK is pleased to sponsor and participate in the inaugural Seattle IP Strategy Summit. The summit will explore IP opportunities and challenges, including IP commercialization, defense against infringement claims, IP strategy – both offense and defense, and IP portfolio management.
COJK attorney John Denkenberger, co-managing member and head of the firm’s litigation practice, will participate in the panel discussion, “Post Issuance Proceedings – Their Role in Your IP Strategy.” Joining him on the panel are Chris Guinn, Senior Manager, Patent Counsel at Nintendo of America Inc.; Elana Matt, Director, Legal Affairs – Patent Litigation at T-Mobile USA, Inc.; and Barry Stolzman, Head of Patent Prosecution at BlackBerry Limited.
CenterForce USA has hosted its IP Strategy Summit in the United States since 2012, but this is the first year the summit is in Seattle. The one-day summit will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle on February 26, 2015.
