COJK is pleased to be an annual sponsor of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and of the upcoming 3rd Annual Business Summit. The summit will focus on the intricacies of contracting, and will provide considerations on best practices for drafting effective contracts and enforceable non-disclosure agreements. This year’s keynote speaker will be Ken Adams, author of the book, "A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting."
The ACC is a global bar association that promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel through information, education, networking opportunities, and advocacy initiatives.
