COJK Recognized in 2016 IAM Patent 1000
COJK and four members of the firm were included in International Asset Management (IAM) magazine’s fifth annual publication of the guide, IAM Patent 1000 — The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners. The guide recommended the firm for all three categories in Washington state: litigation, prosecution, and transactions, noting that, "the A-to-Z offering at Christensen O’Connor Johnson Kindness makes the Seattle stalwart a persuasive one-stop shop." John Denkenberger, co-managing member of the firm and head of the litigation practice group, was recommended for litigation, patent prosecution, and patent transactions; Rhys Lawson, a member of the firm's life sciences and mechanical engineering practice groups, was recommended for patent prosecution; Jerry Nagae, head of the firm's patent practice group, was recommended for patent prosecution and patent transactions; and co-managing member George Renzoni, was recommended for patent prosecution.
