COJK was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal as a 2024 Best Workplace in Washington state. The results are determined by scores earned through an employee-only survey conducted by Quantum Workplaces, which ranks the top 100 businesses to earn the recognition each year. Employees from winning companies attended a celebration event on August 29, 2024, at T-Mobile Park, where they enjoyed games, food, a scavenger hunt, and plenty of time to explore the park, walk the bases, and take photos with the Mariner Moose.
