COJK Hosts 2015 IP Workshop
COJK hosted its IP workshop, “IP Basics: Considerations for Innovators,” bringing together entrepreneurs, business owners, and local attorneys to explore the basics of intellectual property (IP) and what innovators should consider before taking steps to protect, develop, or market their ideas. COJK attorneys Margie Aoki, Casey Fitzpatrick, and Alina Morris outlined the basics of IP and how to protect it, with a discussion on patents, trademarks, copyrights, and IP-related agreements.
