COJK Announces Addition of New Patent Attorneys
COJK is pleased to announce the addition of two highly regarded patent attorneys to the firm's electrical engineering practice group. The addition of partners James Go and Cory Claassen deepens COJK's electrical engineering capabilities, as both attorneys have significant experience in semiconductor processes and devices, computer hardware, medical devices, applied optics, micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), and related technologies. Jim and Cory join COJK from the Seattle office of Blakely Sokoloff Taylor & Zafman.
Jim Go's patent practice spans over 20 years, and includes all aspects of patent law. He provides patent services to domestic and foreign clients in the electrical and computer engineering fields. Jim holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, a M.S. in computer engineering from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
Cory Claassen provides complete patent legal services to a wide variety of clients in the electrical, optical, and mechanical fields. He holds a B.A.Sc. in physics and electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia. Cory obtained his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
